Why was I banned?

I didn't use any cheats. I was watching a match—my main account was standing in the city, and my alt account was standing in the wild. Why did I get banned? I only pressed the game's built-in macro to fight monsters every once in a while. Why was my account banned outright?

It's all yours characters and You violated the rules and were banned. 

AFK farming is not allowed and leads to a ban

and I have always controlled these two characters manually. I have never used any cheating tools, and only used the macro commands built into the game. So why did you ban my account? I don't understand.

I not AFK farming. You can check the recordings or ask your technical staff—you must have made a mistake.

If, at the time of the check, I see that you are controlling the character, i.e., you are at the PC, there will be no ban.
