Client won't open

Hello,

When I launch the client, I am immediately presented with the following window:

To resolve the issue, I have already tried all the solutions mentioned in this discussion, but unfortunately none of them worked.

Additionally, I contacted my internet provider to check whether the issue might be on their side, but they confirmed that everything is functioning correctly.

For context, I previously played on the AionEmpire server when it was first launched, and everything worked without any problems at that time. This issue only started occurring recently when I decided to return to the server.
