can i lower my ping further?

hi, im from philippines and im using japan proxy and my ping is a steady 320ms, my question is, can i use ping lowering program like battleping, wtfast, etc to further lower it?? or maybe 320ms is the lowest possible ping in my location?

Of course you can. You can try also MSK* proxies in launcher to check ping. If you'll be able to get lower ping via wtfast or so - please send me PM with program settings (selected server in program).
