Siel dont have drop!

I went to Siel three times. But No matter how many drawers i opened, they were all empty. I tried to go there even with an drop-amulet, but that didnt work either. Admin, explain why there are such problems with drops on server and why amulets do not work?

Я был в Сиэль три раза. Но сколько бы ящиков я ни открывал, все они были пусты. Я пробовала пойти туда даже с амулетом, но и это не помогло. Админ, объясни, почему такие проблемы с дропом на сервере и почему не работают амулеты?

You cannot enter the dungeon without being in a group
I'm not talking about other people inside the dungeon, but in general.

understand.  First time maybe 23 lvl. Second time 40+. Last time was 27~lvl.

Then for cases 1 and 3 it is strange (case 2 is questionable, because the level could already be inappropriate).

If we assume, as in Roah and Asteria, chests are level 45 mobs, and relics fall without cutting somewhere up to level 52 inclusive, then dungeons of the fortresses of the lower abyss have chests of 35 levels, because, according to sensations, relics there normally fell to level 42 (about the levels of the chests of the lower fortresses, it is better to ask @Tatami).

Therefore, if you do not have characters in the group 10+ levels higher than yours and there are also no characters above level 42 (so that there is no cutting due to the difference between the character and the chest), then there should be at least some drop.

Although it may just be VERY unlucky, so random)
