How Drop Boost work?

Hello, i want to know how drop boost work,

if i'm solo, i can understand. 

but in team, if i use a drop boost , it work for all team? or it only work for my turn of pick-up ?

if there are many people who use drop boost at the same time, whose drop boost work?

1 of 6 have drop boost +100%  =  total drop boost 100% basic + 100\6  = 116%

3 of 6 have drop boost +100%  =  total drop boost 100% basic + 100\3  = 133.3%
