    ❗Dear friends!❗

    We have added and supplemented several important points of the rules of our server. We have tightened the rules in the use of third-party software, in the policy of using your accounts and players who have entrusted you with the use, as well as in the sale of game values on third-party sites.

    The updated rules come into force from the moment of publication of this topic.

     

    2.6. The User agrees to be responsible for his account, as well as for those accounts that he was entrusted to use by other players.
    2.6.1. If the administration notices a violation of the rules of any of the accounts (regardless who is committed the action using his/her account), then a penalty will be imposed (permanent blocking) to all accounts that the user logged in to from their PC.
    2.6.2. If you are aware of players using third-party software and abusing it on your account and the account of other players, you can inform us and receive a reward from the project administration.

    3.6. It is forbidden to use programs that simulate the presence of a player in the game or disrupt the normal functioning of the server software (also forbidden to keep running these programs when you play on the server). By such ones mean the programs change the client or its substitute and modifying or facilitate the gameplay by non-play methods.
    3.6.1. If the administration notices the user's use of the programs in paragraph 3.6 of the rules (regardless who is committed the action using his/her account), then a penalty will be imposed (permanent blocking) to the account and including all accounts (not just the account that violated the rules) that the user logged in to from their PC.

    3.8. Users are prohibited from selling/buying game values for non-game currency, selling or exchanging game accounts.
    3.8.1. For the sale of kinah and other valuable resources on third-party sites for real money, the penalty is provided in the form of permanent blocking the accounts of the buyer and seller.
    3.8.2. The player who reports the violation himself will not be blocked (only the seller will be blocked), and will also receive a reward from the project administration.

    Мы добавили и дополнили несколько значимых пунктов правил нашего сервера. Мы ужесточили правила в использовании постороннего ПО, в политике использования своих аккаунтов и игроков, доверивших вам в пользование, а так же в продаже игровых ценностей на сторонних площадках. 

    Обновленные правила вступают в законную силу с момента публикации данной темы.

     

    2.6. Пользователь обязуется нести ответственность за свой аккаунт, а так же за те аккаунты, которые ему доверили в пользование другие игроки. 
    2.6.1. Если замечено нарушение правил любого из аккаунтов (независимо от того, кто совершал действия), то будет положено наказание (перманентная блокировка) на все аккаунты, на которые входил пользователь со своего ПК. 
    2.6.2. Если вам известны игроки использующие постороннее ПО и злоупотребляющие им на своем аккаунте и аккаунте других игроков, то вы можете сообщить нам и получить вознаграждение от администрации проекта. 

    3.6. Запрещено использование программ, эмулирующих присутствие игрока в игре или нарушающих нормальное функционирование серверного ПО (запрещено также держать запущенными данные программы при игре на сервере). Под такими подразумеваются программы, изменяющие клиент либо заменяющие его, и изменяющие или облегчающие игровой процесс не игровыми методами.
    3.6.1. Если замечено использование программ пункта правил 3.6  (независимо от того, кто совершал действия под данным аккаунтом), то будет положено наказание (перманентная блокировка) на аккаунт и в том числе на все связные аккаунты (не только аккаунт нарушивший правила), на которые входил пользователь со своего ПК. 

    3.8. Запрещена продажа/покупка игровых ценностей за не игровую валюту, продажа/обмен/покупка/передача игровых аккаунтов, запрещены махинации с игровым магазином, обман пользователей на кинару/валюту через игровой магазин.
    3.8.1. За продажу кинары и других ценных ресурсов на сторонних площадках за реальные денежные средства предусмотрено наказание в виде перманентной блокировки учетных записей покупателя и продавца.
    3.8.2. Игрок, который сообщит сам о нарушении, блокировку не получит (будет заблокирован только продавец), а также получит вознаграждение от администрации проекта.

    In this topic we would like talk about the opportunities that our tech support is able to offer you and about those that on the other hand cannot be performed.
    You will also see examples of requests or how your ticket should look like.

    Let's get to it!

     

    Features we can do:

    1. The change of an account email.
    This feature has a cost of 500 rubles.
    In order to use it, you need to:
    1) - Before contacting support regarding this feature, make sure that you have topped up your account with 500 toll;
    - Fill the "Name" column in the master account details by writing your full name;
    - In the ticket, specify the current mail and the one you want to change it to;
    - You'll need to provide a document(passport, identity card, driving license) that shows the full name you've entered in the "Name" column. We ask such data for security reasons and to prevent account theft or hacking. You can hide the personal number code/series of the document since we do not need such information.
    Here's an example:
    "Hello! I would like to change the current email address of my account from "[email protected]" to "[email protected]". I have topped up my account with 500 rubles. Below I attached the documents that are needed in order to prove that I am requesting this action.
    Thanks!"
    2) - Before contacting support regarding this feature, make sure that you have topped up your account with 500 rubles;
    - In the ticket, specify the current mail and the one you want to change it to;
    - provide proof of the transfer of the account to you.
    Here's an example:
    "Hello! I would like to change the current email address of my account from "[email protected]" to "[email protected]". I have topped up my account with 500 rubles. Below I attached the documents that are needed in order to prove that I am requesting this action.

    2. Changing the pin of the account.
    This feature has a cost of 200 rubles.
    In order to use it, you need to:
    - Before contacting support regarding this feature, make sure that you have topped up your account with 200 rubles;
    - Fill the "Name" column in the master account details by writing your full name;'
    - In the ticket, make sure you specify the account email address and the reason(s) for changing the pin;
    - Specify which pin you want to change to;
    - You'll need to provide a document(passport, identity card, driving license) that shows the full name you've entered in the "Name" column. We ask such data for security reasons and to prevent account theft or hacking. You can hide the personal number code/series of the document since we do not need such information.
    Here's an example:

    3. Restores/changes of items:
    In order to use it, you need to:
    1)For restoring an item. 
    - In the ticket, specify the email address of the account and the character;
    - Take a full size screenshot, from where we can see the chat (where it says that the item has been discarded/sold by you), inventory and the date & hour of the server;
    - Send a link from the database with the item that needs to be restored.
    Example:
    "Hello! I would like to restore the item "Aldelle's Tunic" https://aiondb.ru/items/110100384.html because I accidentally discarded it.
    My account email is [email protected] and the character nickname is "Imperfection". I attached a screenshot below.
    Thanks!"
    2)For changing an item.
    - In the ticket, specify the email address of the account and the character;
    - Make the first full size screenshot, from where we can see the chat(where it says that the item has been acquired/bought/received), inventory and the date & hour of the server;
    - Make the second full size screenshot, from where we can see the chat saying that the item you received/bought has been removed/discarded by you from your inventory;
    - Send a link from the database with the item that needs to be changed with.
    Example:
    "Hello! I would like to replace the item "Ulgorn's Sword" https://aiondb.ru/items/100000639.html because I accidentally took the it twice. My account mail is [email protected] and the character nickname is "Imperfection".
    I attached screenshots below.
    Thanks!"

    4. Checking a character for cheats/bots.
    In order to use it, you need to:
    - Specify the nickname of the "suspect";
    - Describe what do you suspect ( Cheating/Botting);
    - Attach a full size screenshot/video proof.
    Example:
    "Hello! I would want to request a check on the character "Tatami" since I suspect him of using cheats/botting. Below I attached proof(s).
    Thanks!"

    5. Purchasing the wrong item from the item shop.
    In order to use it, you need to:
    - Specify the account and character's email address in the ticket;
    - Specify the item(link to the item on our shop) and the reason (bought by mistake/sent to the wrong character);
    - Make the first full size screenshot, from where we can see the chat(where it says that the item has been acquired/bought/received), inventory and the date & hour of the server;
    - Make the second full size screenshot, from where we can see the chat saying that the item you received/bought has been removed/discarded by you from your inventory.
    Here's an example:
    "Hello! I've accidentally sent an item I bought from the shop to the wrong character. My account mail is [email protected] and the character nickname is "Tatami". Please, transfer the item to the character "Imperfection". I attached screenshots below.
    Thanks!"

    6. Reports of inappropriate behavior and insults in the chat.
    In order to use it, you need to:
    - Specify the nickname of the character for whom the report is made;
    - Attach a screenshot/video proof.
    Example:
    "Hello! I created this ticket to report the behavior of the character "Tatami" for insulting/advertising in the chat. Below I attached screenshots/videos.
    Thanks!"

     

    Features we do not do:

    1. We do not transfer characters from one account to another and/or from one race to another! (Including for cash offers)

    2. We do not change the character class under any circumstances! (Including for cash offers)

    3. We do not lower/increase the level of a character under any conditions! (Including for cash offers)

    4. We do not transfer items from one character to another! (It doesn't apply to purchases made from the store on the site).

    Приступим!

     

    Возможности, которые мы можем сделать:

    1. Смена почты/e-mail.
    Данная функция платная и имеет стоимость 500 рублей.
    Для того, чтобы ею воспользоваться вам нужно:
    1) - предварительно пополнить баланс аккаунта на 500 рублей;
    - заполнить графу "Имя" в мастер-аккаунте, написав туда свои ФИО;
    - в тикете указать текущую почту и ту, на которую хотите поменять;
    - вам нужно документально подтвердить достоверность введенных данных (ФИО), предоставив скриншот или фотографию документа удостоверяющего личность (паспорт, права). Эти данные мы просим в целях безопасности от кражи и взлома аккаунта. Номер и серию документа можете скрыть, т.к. они не представляют для нас никакой значимости. 
    Пример: 
    "Здравствуйте! Нужно сменить текущую почту [email protected] на [email protected]. Мой счет пополнен на 500 рублей. Ниже прикрепляю документ, удостоверяющий мою личность. Спасибо!"
    2) - предварительно пополнить баланс аккаунта на 500 рублей;
    - в тикете указать текущую почту и ту, на которую хотите поменять;
    - предоставить доказательства передачи аккаунта вам.
    Пример:
    "Здравствуйте! Нужно сменить текущую почту [email protected] на [email protected]. Мой счет пополнен на 500 рублей. Ниже прикрепляю документы по передаче аккаунта мне. Спасибо!"

    2. Смена пина.
    Данная функция платная и имеет стоимость 200 рублей.
    Для того, чтобы ею воспользоваться вам нужно:
    - предварительно пополнить баланс аккаунта на 200 рублей;
    - заполнить графу "Имя" в мастер-аккаунте, написав туда свои ФИО;

    3. Восстановление/смена предметов.
    Для того, чтобы ею воспользоваться вам нужно:
    1) - в тикете указать почту аккаунта и персонажа;
    - сделать скриншот удаленного предмета (чтобы были видны чат и инвентарь);
    - указать ссылку/и с базы на нужный итем.
    Пример: 
    "Здравствуйте! Нужно восстановить предмет "Туника Альдера" https://aiondb.ru/items/110100384.html т.к. случайно удалила. Моя почта [email protected] и ник персонажа Imperfection. Ниже прикрепляю скриншот. Спасибо!"
    2) - в тикете указать почту аккаунта и персонажа;
    - сделать первый скриншот заменяемого предмета в инвентаре (чтобы были видны чат, время и инвентарь);
    - сделать второй скриншот удаления заменяемого предмета (чтобы были видны чат, время и инвентарь);
    - указать ссылку/и с базы на нужный итем.
    Пример:
    "Здравствуйте! Нужно заменить предмет "Булава Уль Го Ррына" на "Меч Уль Го Ррына" https://aiondb.ru/items/100000639.html т.к. случайно взяла первый по ошибке. Моя почта [email protected] и ник персонажа Imperfection. Ниже прикрепляю скриншоты. Спасибо!"

    4. Проверить персонажа на читы/бота.
    Для того, чтобы ею воспользоваться вам нужно:
    - указать никнейм "подозреваемого";
    - указать на что подозреваете (читы/бот);
    - прикрепить скриншот/видео доказательство.
    Пример:
    "Здравствуйте! Прошу проверить персонажа Tatami на использование читов/ботоводство. Ниже прикрепляю скриншоты/видео. Спасибо!"

    4. Ошибочная покупка магазина с сайта.
    Для того, чтобы ею воспользоваться вам нужно:
    - в тикете указать почту аккаунта и персонажа;
    - указать предмет и причину (купили по ошибке/выслали не на того персонажа);
    - сделать первый скриншот предмета в инвентаре (чтобы были видны чат, время и инвентарь);
    - сделать второй скриншот удаления предмета из инвентаря (чтобы были видны чат, время и инвентарь).
    Пример:
    "Здравствуйте! Случайно отправила предмет при покупке в шопе на не того персонажа. Моя почта [email protected] и ник персонажа Tatami. Предмет перенести на персонажа Imperfection. Ниже прикрепляю скриншоты. Спасибо!"

    5. Репорты на неадекватное поведение и оскорбления и на чат.
    Для того, чтобы ею воспользоваться вам нужно:
    - указать никнейм на кого подается жалоба;
    - прикрепить скриншот/видео доказательство.
    Пример:
    "Здравствуйте! Прошу применить меры по отношении к персонажу Tatami за оскорбление/неадекватное поведение/рекламу в чате. Ниже прикрепляю скриншоты/видео. Спасибо!"

     

    Возможности, которые мы не делаем:

    1. Мы не переносим персонажей с аккаунта на аккаунт и с одной расы на другую (в т.ч. за денежный эквивалент).

    2. Мы не производим смену класса персонажа ни при каких условиях (в т.ч. за денежный эквивалент).

    3. Мы не понижаем/повышаем уровень персонажа ни при каких условиях (в т.ч. за денежный эквивалент).

    4. Мы не производим перенос предметов с одного персонажа на другого (на покупки с магазина на сайте не распространяется). 


    ‼️‼️Просим обратить внимание на то, что мы можем вносить изменения в пункты и данный список является не окончательным!‼️‼️

    3. After spinning you win one or another item. To spin more, click "Continue". To exit, press the "Stop the game". To pick up the prize, click "Receive".

    2. Нажав, вы перейдете на страницу с колесом. Чтобы крутить за toll, нажмите кнопку "Крутить колесо". Чтобы крутить за ECoin, нажмите кнопку с соответствующей суммой за кручение.

    3. После кручения вы выигрываете тот или иной предмет. Чтобы покрутить еще, нажмите "Продолжить". Чтобы выйти, нажмите "Закончить игру". Чтобы забрать приз, нажмите "Забрать".

    4. Все ваши выигранные призы будут храниться бессрочно в "Сундуке". Открыть его можно, нажав на кнопку "Сундук" на плашке с Колесом удачи, либо нажав "Забрать" на активной странице с Колесом. В "Сундуке" вы можете выбрать персонажа, которому хотите отправить призы и далее нажать "Отправить персонажу".
