Lost charecters

Hi team,

 

Tried to open a support ticket but had a network issue with the page,

I got back to the game after some time and i see that all my charecters were deleted is there any way to restore them as i have donated some money while playing and had a lot of good gear on them.

its been some time i think the version was like 2.5 back at the day

But there is a few names i might have used

Dviaz
Warranzo and a couple of others is there a place in the store where i can check it?

friend, now this is version 4.8 aion and this is a completely new server, the server where you played no longer exists.

I know that the characters can not be recovered but I would like to get some of the stuff that have been on the charectersas those were bough with real money
