Farewell from USA

Hi everyone, I love the server and love the idea of a 1.9 server. Most non-Koreans never really got to experience 1.9 endgame PvP and content like DP S-Rank.

But the ping is too high from USA unfortunately. If a second server is started in western EU or NA I will be back.

Try to change proxy in launcher, or use vpn
